august break day 3: dress for sale

fluttering in the breeze,
speaking spanish in more ways than one.
after taking its picture, i stopped by the panaderia for a couple of heart shaped cookies,
and the men all held the door for me.
going in and going out.

august break day 3.

  1. It has been more than a while...seeing a door being held by a man. What happened to that? Love the color of that dress. It makes me want to be young again.

  5. holding a door open? such a common courtesy, regardless of gender. they still do that in these parts. perhaps it goes unnoticed? BUT i always notice. and i hold doors open too.
what you see in small moments never fails to amaze and delight me!

  6. I love it when men hold the door open and taught my son (21+) and grandsons (16 & 7) to do it also. I love heart shaped cookies. I love your simple but oh so meaningful pictures and stories. Thank you. Blessings,
