“Do you know," Peter asked, "why swallows build in the eaves of houses? It is to listen to the stories.” ~ J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

the scintilla project. day 7: my tribe

the tribe of truthtellers.
poets with guns and namaste hands, grasshopper,
seeing the truth at 60' 6", shaking away the catcher's signs;
we discuss it with my glove over my mouth,
the truth being a dangerous thing.
always and only this tribe only.

when people say speak we know they don't mean it .

the scintilla project.
day 7.  list the tribes you belong to.

  1. you always say the just right thing i need to hear. thank you.

  2. truthtellers, the images that brings to mind, and you do belong to a tribe, see, for you are a truthteller, always and only and for that i always offer my respect.
    once again, i think of the true artist, never an easy path to take, but the one that you are on.

  3. Your words touch my heart, yes you are a truthteller. I think I must have a bit of that too, but some days (like today) the truth isn't comfortable. Oh am I glad this day is almost over.

  4. You're back! And with the perfect reintroduction. You were missed.
