“Do you know," Peter asked, "why swallows build in the eaves of houses? It is to listen to the stories.” ~ J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

Because you just can't get enough rain

It's amazing how many images I have labeled rain.

Rainy skies,
Mexican restaurant rain - I have tons of those;
puddles,
raindrops on roses & whiskers on kittens.
Just amazing.
Almost as amazing as the persistence of this rain.
The ever-wonderful Michael says he is done with winter already,
ready for summer now.
rainboots please

  2. winter could be long
    for someone who is ready for summer, unless you are down under. Lovely rain photos. It rained here all day, dark gray all day, maybe snow tonight.

  3. I can't wait for the spring. It's my favourite time of the year, when those first little signs of spring start to appear...it's going to be a very long winter...and it's not that I don't mind the snow, I just hate the cold all the time.

  4. I adore rain. It's so very YIN. Makes me all warm and cozy inside and I'm actually very productive on rainy days. When I'm not napping:-)

  8. This morning - still rain. This afternoon - sun. Tomorrow? More rain moving in. The big Halloween party is outside Friday night. In the woods. They are predicting 3-6 inches of rain on already soggy ground. I am hoping they are wrong, but glad I drive a 4-wheel drive Jeep.

    Craziness!

  9. I can't believe how much rain you are getting! But mexican restaurants are the sure fire way to bring in some warmth.
