  3. Amy - Well, thank you! :)

ELK - I like that combination: determination & dreams. Dreams are just that, aren't they, if we do nothing about them?

Randi - It's a palette I've wanted to use for years, but never had the courage. I would use it for myself, at home, but felt it wasn't "artsy" enough, buying into the belief that art should be dark & filled with pain, that it couldn't be shiny or silvery. A new thing for me to just do it. So I much appreciate that you like it. It means a lot.

    Thanks to all of you!

  5. Looks as though you are creating up a storm! What a wonderful thing to see what you manifest when the stars align for you and you are truly in your element.

What a beautiful whimsical dreamlike bird in her silver flight. Oh, I love it Debi. You make me wish I could create like this.

  7. a beautiful piece...

unlike others real-life artists, you don't need a bigger palette or any line of movements to make your subject comes to life.

to me, the bird really looks like its flying - gracefully so, across the sky. so serene and magical.
    nicely done =)

  9. Donna - I have taken so long to respond here, but you have my emails. My heart is with you today. xoxo

Jaime - Oh, the next piece may be called Creating Up a Storm! I've thought about calling the show Stillness & Storms, so that would be perfect. :)

Maddie - Oh, I like that! A butterfly's wing, with the sun shining through! Yes!

SYW - Yes, a dreamy floating, with barely a noise. A soft glide.

Moonshin - How wonderful of you to say this! Thank you so much - It made me smile this morning when I first read it, running late as usual. A bit of cheer for the day!

Hele - Yes. Exactly. I knew your owl when I read him. We could walk together and watch the skies.

You must hang these words in the gallery beside the art. You must, for words are your art as much as paper and paint.
