“Do you know," Peter asked, "why swallows build in the eaves of houses? It is to listen to the stories.” ~ J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

The joy of every moment

Taking Maddie's advice & dancing around all silly this morning.

And being all brave & posting an actual image of myself doing so.

My Zen calendar quote said
Seize from every moment
its unique novelty
and do not prepare your joys.

I bought coffee cake for breakfast.
I am not hungry, but I am taking a bite.
life goes on & mary would tell me to dance, dance, dance

  2. Sandra - Welcome!! I just rec'd an email from the wonderful & generous Susanna, which helps me understand that being silly is sometimes just the way to be! :)

PS - I spent my growing up years in Tucson - 7th grade through early 20s - and I love, love, love Arizona!

Thank you for the kind words!

  10. i started my blog to celebrate the beauty of life's simplicity. but due to some event, i find it hard to hold on to my believe that life with all of its imperfections and cruelty - lies something good that's worth celebrating.

but your writings have restored some of the faith back in me.
and for that, i want to thank you.
    =)

  12. jfrancis - Yes. A brushtroke every day.

moonshin - I feel quite humbled. Truly. And you are more than welcome if I have helped in some way. Remember that nothing is permanent. The way you feel today is not permanent. Time will pass, and your core - that part of you who knows that there is something worth celebrating will find its way back. Take care. :)

Jaime - Yes, here I am. Still hiding a bit - but unfurling requires that I step out of my hidey-holes. Truth be told, I find it a bit scary! LOL! But it feels good, and I am glad to see you too!
